- On the day of the tour, travellers should show their voucher to staff at check-in, from 07:40 at the entrance of the Starhotels Terminus, to receive their paper tickets.

Check-in for this tour takes place at the entrance of the Starhotels Terminus, on Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi in front of Naples' main railway station, before the group transfers to the boat for departure.
